These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kankupagla interest-registration form on this website, operated by Collective 6 Events Private Limited (“Collective 6”, “we”, “us”). By submitting the form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of registration

Registering on this form expresses your interest in Kankupagla and asks us to notify you when tickets become available. It is not a ticket purchase, a booking, a reservation, or a guarantee of entry, tickets, pricing or availability. Tickets, once on sale, will be subject to their own separate terms.

2. No payment

We do not collect any payment, card or financial information through this form. If anyone asks you to pay to “register” via this form, it is not us. Please report it to connectkankupagla@gmail.com.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate and current details. You should submit only your own information, or information you are authorised to provide. If you are under 18, register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive communications from us about Kankupagla, such as ticket-launch alerts and event updates. You can opt out or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing connectkankupagla@gmail.com. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Event changes

Event details, including dates, line-up, venue, capacity and pricing, are subject to change and may be updated or cancelled at our discretion. Registering does not entitle you to any particular event arrangement.

6. Postponement and rescheduling of tickets

The following applies to tickets and passes for the Event once they are on sale and purchased. If, due to any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns or any other unforeseen circumstances), whether or not attributable to the Event Organizer, the Event cannot be held on the Event Date or at the venue originally publicized, the Event Organizer shall have the right to postpone and reschedule the Event to a later date, time and/or venue. In such event, no refund of the Ticket price or any other charges shall be made, and all Tickets/Passes shall remain valid for the rescheduled Event. The Event Organizer shall endeavour to conduct the Event only when it is satisfied that the attendees can enjoy the Event in a safe and proper manner. By purchasing the Ticket/Pass, the Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees to the above and shall not be entitled to claim any refund on account of such postponement or rescheduling.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Kankupagla and Collective 6 names, logos, text, imagery and designs, is owned by or licensed to Collective 6 and may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

This form and website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collective 6 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this form, from delays or failures in notifications, or from the unavailability of tickets.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
